This weekend saw thousands of you descend upon Carlisle Airport for Radio 1s Big Weekend. The weather was wet and windy but this didnt stop you all from pulling out your brightest wellies and donning your patterned raincoats and enjoying two days of amazing performances. Our favourite had to be Lady Gaga who else can get away with wearing a PVC fake baby bump, arriving in a coffin and wearing tiny hotpants and a bra top in the chilly temperatures !
Jessie J also didnt disappoint, rocking longer hair and her trademark crazy leggings, Jessie wore a bondage inspired dress that flaunted her figure perfectly . Another girl who loves showing her shape was Nicole Scherzinger who performed in an amazing day-glo cut out jumpsuit !
What we were really interested though, was what you guys were wearing. So we went on a hunt, and amidst the umbrellas and pac-a-macs we saw some real festival style statements. Printed Wellingtons, Arran Cardigans, Denim shorts, Flower Garlands and Straw Trilbys were the popular choices. Block Colour and Prints were the two major trends spotted along with statement tights and leggings.
