SHE was almost Australias Next Top Model, now bogan princess Cassi Van Den Dungen is set to be Australias next teen mum.
Van Den Dungen, 18, is almost five months pregnant with her first child by her boyfriend, Brad Saul, 27.
The headstrong – and beautiful – teenager has been devoted to her bricklayer beau since they started dating when she was 15.
While the movers and shakers of the Australian fashion industry this week were in Sydney for Fashion Week, Van Den Dungen was lying low in Sunbury, clearly taking things easy as she popped out of the house she shares with Saul about 3 o’clock one afternoon wrapped in a grape-coloured dressing gown and wearing black Ugg-type boots.
Her fledging modelling career will take a back seat as she devotes herself to motherhood.
“I will take a year off,” she told OK magazine. “I want to be there for the baby, but, after a year or so, I may start doing the odd job and slowly get myself back into it.”
Wild child Van Den Dungen was earmarked for an international career after finishing runner-up in the 2008 series of Australia’s Next Top Model to Tahnee Atkinson (breathtakingly beautiful Atkinson turned heads at the Logies on Sunday).
Van Den Dungen was taken on by Priscilla’s Models in Sydney and was pounced on by powerful New York modelling agency, Elite Models.
She turned down that offer, gave Priscilla’s the flick and opted to stay with Saul in Sunbury.

In February last year, interest from IMG Models saw her head to Paris with Saul by her side.
That trip ended badly. The pair were sent home within 48 hours of touching down.
Van Den Dungen told OK while her pregnancy was unplanned, she was excited. With the baby due in September, she said she planned to tie the knot with Saul next year.
